What we use

We use FDM (conventional) and resin (MSLA) printers which create printed goods in standard, and in high-resolution.

The materials we use:

PLA, which is produced using corn starch. This makes it environmentally friendly and biodegradable. The printing is extremely fluent and quick; and dimensional accuracy is within +/- 0.02mm for consistent printing!

ABS, a robust 3D printing material: impact and heat resistant. Common applications for ABS include end-use tools, moving parts, and parts that must withstand high mechanical stress.

ASA, a high impact material usually used to produce functional parts for automotive applications, electronics, tooling, and more. It is known for having high weather and UV resistance, making it a great candidate for outdoor applications.

PETG, a hard, flexible and resistant material which adheres well, to each layer. The filament has a low level of deterioration when it comes to absorption: PETG does not absorb water to ensure that it remains strong.

TPU, a type of flexible and elastic 3D printing filament. Its elasticity, resilience, and durability make it suitable for uses requiring impact-absorption and a soft-touch surface.

PC, which is a strong, stiff, hard, tough, transparent engineering thermoplastic. Known for its ability to maintain a rigidity and toughness.

Photopolymer resin, a type of polymer that changes its physical properties when introduced to light and it is VOC free resin (means the heat made during the curing process does not give off the toxic fumes and vapours). Our resin prints are fully cured in a UV light chamber.
